Jenny heads Agency Strategy & Digital Transformation at SUN LIFE PHILIPPINES, responsible for driving sustainable growth through transformation and digital enablement.
She joined Sun Life in 2010 to strengthen agency fundamentals as Sun Life embarked on its agency expansion strategy. She was leading various functional teams in the areas of recruitment & selection, agency training, sales quality practices, and sales support.
Apart from her functional role, Jenny is frequently invited as a resource speaker for various financial literacy activities such as client forum, trade events, TV talk shows, and instructional videos. She champions needs-based selling and client-centricity in all her talks and lectures with the distribution channel.
Jenny is a recipient of Sun Life CEO’s Award of Excellence in 2011, 2012, 2014 for the Team Category and 2018 for Individual Category. She earned her Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI) in 1994. Prior to Sun Life, she was with AIA-Philamlife for 21 years, holding various posts in agency distribution management.
Jenny is married to a Baby Boomer and has two Gen Z children, finding a niche in the workplace.
