Justin Gonzales started his professional career in the Health Maintenance Organization Industry as a Customer Service Specialist handling special corporate accounts. He moved on to venture into the insurance and financial service industry (Sun Life), where he has been for the past 12 years. Justin Gonzales started his professional career in the Health Maintenance Organization Industry as a Customer Service Specialist handling special corporate accounts. He moved on to venture into the insurance and financial service industry (Sun Life), where he has been for the past 12 years. He was formerly with the Sales Training and Development Department as a Sales trainer until he eventually became a Training Specialist and Senior Trainer for the entire Luzon and NCR region.
Justin then transferred to Sales Agency Channel Management and became the youngest Regional Sales Manager in the company. As an RSM, he has handled 14 branches with over 2000 advisors.
